Our office is currently seeking to fill multiple positions including Survey Party Chiefs/Instrument Operators, Survey Technician, Surveyor In Training (SIT), and Field Crew with experience in surveying solutions, with a focus on client satisfaction, safety, precise data collection, and field-to-office procedures. We are looking for employees with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn with a growing company.

Job Descriptions:

1.) Survey Party Chief/ Instrument Operator/ Field Crew

• Perform all field surveying operations including boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, layout, and elevation certificates.
• Proficient with documentation of work performed and sketches/field notes.
• Communicate daily with office personell and technician regarding project schedule and work progress
• Maintain vehicle and field equipment.

2.) Survey Technician/ Surveyor in Training (SIT)

• Daily processing of survey data to ensure compliance with professional and industry standards related to boundary calculations, legal descriptions, etc.
• Perform deed research, deed plotting and map checks
• Assist in  daily field work as required.

Required Qualifications for all positions:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant surveying experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record and valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work in all climate conditions.
• Ability to work well with others.
